Artist Profile: Jayden at the Flying Piston Benefit Auction and Breakfast

Jayden Paints Elvis
Some artists spend years looking for their voice. Jayden just picked up a brush.
After turning heads last year with a custom skateboard created for Forrest, the young artist is back—this time trading wheels for chrome with an original piece created exclusively for the Flying Piston Benefit Art Auction.
Don’t let the age fool you.
Every brushstroke is deliberate. Every color choice has a purpose. Ask him how he made it, and you’ll probably get a lesson on brush sizes, layering, and the patience it takes to make paint tell a story.
The kid knows his craft.
His grandmother, artist Patricia Thurston, has watched that creative spark grow into something real. She’ll tell you the talent is all his. She’ll also tell you that supporting charities through art has lit a fire in him that’s only getting bigger.
Rumor has it he’s already talking about his next project—a Michael Jackson tribute. That’s the kind of artist Jayden is. Always chasing the next challenge.
The Flying Piston Benefit is proud to feature one of the youngest artists ever to contribute to the auction. Around here, great art isn’t measured by age. It’s measured by heart, imagination, and the courage to put your work out where the world can see it.
Keep an eye on Jayden.
This won’t be the last time you hear his name.
