The 2025 Flying Piston Benefit Breakfast & Silent Auction kicked off the Daytona Bike Week with a bang. On March 3rd, the Teddy Morse’s Daytona Harley-Davidson® compound was buzzing with energy, and it was clear—this wasn’t your average charity event.
From the moment the gates opened at 8:30 AM, the place was teeming with bikers, artists, and enthusiasts, all coming together for a good cause and hot coffee. And with all the activity and action, Rebecca Young, Marketing Manager from the Dealership, made sure the operations ran smoothly.
And what was the cause? Raising funds to support ALLKIDSBIKE, an initiative to deliver Strider bikes to kindergartners across the U.S. in 2025. With your help, we’ll reach 152,790 kids—and that’s something to be proud of.

But let’s talk about the real showstopper: the Art on Deck Presented by Gnarly Magazine. This wasn’t just a regular silent auction. This was a celebration of custom art, bikes, and pure badassery. The decks, painted by 22 artists from all over North America, were nothing short of spectacular.

Included in the auction was the Gnarly Magazine winner of the Art on Deck competition. Samantha Castaneda’s “Cosmic Ride” took home the prize—this vibrant, mind-blowing piece of art took everyone on a journey through the stars. It’s a fusion of cosmic exploration and motorcycle culture, and if you weren’t there to bid, it’s gone.

But don’t worry about the miss—next year, you’ll have another shot to take home some of the sickest boards out there.
And at the heart of it all was Dana Tilling from Metalwood Garage. Dana, a local artist, brought her A-game, creating a custom metal guitar and bench that had the crowd buzzing. A special thanks to David Shuman of Motorcycle Safety Lawyers for underwriting her incredible work—honestly, it was some of the best craftsmanship you could imagine. Dana’s stuff isn’t just art; it’s a statement!
